Reading…

        I always read by myself growing up. My mom would read to us to at night, until we got older. But I always enjoyed reading and seeing what was happening on the pages in my mind. I liked how it was something I could do by myself. My best friend was my book buddy. She introduced me to so many new books and genres, even some fan fiction. Then when my her's grandma passed away, my friend asked if we could read a book together since she had read all the books in that series out loud to her grandma and she didn't want to stop reading them out loud. So we would call at night, and we each would take turns reading a chapter out loud. It was a very different way to read, but eventually, I came to like doing it. We read so many books this way.
