Legos….

        I have never owned any legos before until 2024. Growing up, I had building blocks, but not legos. I never even had off brand Legos. My mom had a Lego keychain when I was growing up but that was the only Lego in our house. I got a Lego Wanda Maximoff keychain while at Downtown Disney in summer 2024 while with my best friend. While there, we explored the Lego store, admiring the sets and exploring the build your own mini figure area, but we didn’t buy anything except for keychains. Then when I went to Pittsburgh that December to be with my best friend for her surgery, we had a 2nd Christmas Day. Even though I brought gifts for her family, I didn’t expect any gifts from my friend’s family except for 2 small things, one from her mom and one from her grandma. I was wrong. They each gave me bags and boxes of gifts (that I had to ship home) that I never expected at all! And her mom gave me a Lego flower bouquet. I was stunned she did that, till my bestie told me that the reason her mom had got it for me, was because she had mentioned to her mom off handed (while at the Lego store for her brother) that I wanted a flower set in the future, so her mom decided to get that as one of my gifts. It was so sweet of her.
